Biography
Eunjung is a Consultant based in Hanoi.
Eunjung is a US lawyer licensed in the State of New York and registered in Vietnam as a foreign lawyer with the Ministry of Justice.
Eunjung works closely with her clients to help them navigate the Vietnamese market and has advised multinational companies and start-ups on a broad range of issues including: data privacy, including review/drafting of privacy policies, privacy gap analyses, drafting of internal handbooks/manuals, and advice on data breaches, banking secrecy, and compliance programmes.
Her practice covers matters involving information technology, telecommunications, data privacy, cybersecurity, fintech, commercial transactions, and e-commerce. Eunjung has experience in general healthcare and product registration advisory matters as well.
Eunjung is also involved in advocacy work working with clients and business associations to advise the Vietnamese Government on legal reform including providing comments and suggestions on the Law on Cybersecurity and draft decrees relating to fintech, data privacy, and on the top services.
Prior to joining Rouse, Eunjung was an associate at a leading international law firm.
