Rouse's sports law team consists of a number of highly experienced cross-jurisdictional specialists in China, South East Asia, the Middle East, and Europe.

We have advised leading global companies on their rights in relation to sponsorship of events, licensing agreements, ambush marketing enforcement campaigns. Most recently, Rouse has won record levels of compensation in China for a major sports brand and managed the largest copyright action in South East Asia to prevent unauthorised broadcasting of sports events.

We have advised players on both the exploitation and enforcement of their personality rights and advised major organisations on how to navigate and protect their rights in China and other emerging markets.
