Huy is an Associate based in our Hanoi office.
Huy Nguyen is an associate in the Enforcement Team of the firm. Huy focuses his practice on, but is not limited to, the enforcement of trade marks, copyrights, and litigation in Vietnam. With nearly ten years working in the Intellectual Property field, he has extensive experience in highly complex enforcement cases and civil litigations related to ICT, entertainment, automotive, consumer goods, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.
Huy maintains a high level of client orientation. He takes the time to incorporate the client's goals, concerns, and values to ensure the legal advice accounts for clients.
Holding a Bachelor of Law from Hanoi Law University and a Bachelor of Business from LaTrobe University enables Huy to provide the best optimal solutions for clients from both legal and business perspectives.
