He brings extensive international experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, having worked across China, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore. He regularly advises local and international clients on patent and trade mark infringement, software-related contractual disputes, as well as patent and trade mark opposition proceedings.

Kin Wah is also known for his thought leadership, with a number of publications reflecting his insights and contributions to the field.

In addition, he serves as Chairperson of the EUROCHAM Indonesia IPR Working Group and is frequently invited by international associations to share his views on the IP landscape in Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
