In smaller companies, there are often great potential values hidden in routines, technology and methods that employees and management take for granted. By identifying and formalizing these assets, you can give yourself better opportunities to take advantage of your competitive advantages, create a larger capital base to borrow / expand towards, and also expand your patent portfolio.
Erik Johanneson and Erik Oskarsson at Rouse have extensive experience of helping companies with just this, and for two hours in March (16/3 and 30/3) they will in two free webinars tell more about what they call "IP Identification Workshops" and which they regularly agree with various companies.
Webinar one: "Do not miss the forest for all the trees - Identify hidden assets and create conditions for growth"

The first webinar, which will be held on March 16, is mostly aimed at smaller companies that want to learn more about how to identify and formalize intangible assets within the company, with the aim of creating a solid capital base to grow towards. Erik and Erik will also discuss basic IP strategy and what is required to build long-term asset portfolios.

Webinar two: "Build an eternity machine - Fast-track to sustainable innovation strategy"

The second webinar, March 30, will be about the whole process of IP management in more general terms, and is mainly aimed at larger companies with already established IP. The focus will be on "proactivity" in IP management, ie how to systematize the work of identifying, structuring and creating IP in a long-term sustainable way.
