Biography

Leads the development of Rouse’s value proposition and key sales initiatives. Drives alignment between marketing and sales activity to deliver the commercial strategy and growth.

Holly leads the development of the value proposition ensuring that Rouse provides the most compelling, integrated, value added service to clients. She leads strategic company-wide sales initiatives in support of Rouse’s ambition to grow our market leading IP business across the globe.

Her long experience in Rouse, firstly as Senior Consultant in the Consultancy team and latterly Head of Service Development, Digital and Commercial has given Holly a strong understanding of growth strategies, marketing and sales for legal services. Her approach is also informed by her time working for the UK Government, leading and developing high performing teams.

Prior to joining Rouse in 2017, Holly served as a senior diplomat at the British Embassy in Beijing, where she advised business and brands on navigating China and intellectual property. ​She also led a £360 million technology commercialisation fund and supported business collaborations. These unique perspectives bring insights which she applies to her work today.
