Tue is a Senior Trade Mark Attorney and Vietnam Head of Trade Marks & Brands based in our Hanoi office.

Tue is a qualified IP agent before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. She manages large trade mark portfolios and provides strategic advice on filing and trade mark protection for multinational companies in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.

Tue has been practising intellectual property for more than ten years and assists clients in various industries, including electronics, entertainment, IT, food & beverage, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals in many successful appeal cases. She focuses on trade marks (both non-contentious and contentious) but has also expanded her practice to the registration of industrial designs and copyright. Tue also has experience in advising on matters relating to unfair competition, brand dilution, and copyright protection.
