Zoe is an enforcement consultant and an expert of customs IP protection who is based in our Guangzhou office.

Zoe has over 18 years of experience practising IP law in China, particularly around customs IP protection and trademark enforcement. She is very familiar with Chinese customs practise and has abundant experience advising clients on customs filing whitelist management, seizure, and post seizure action. She has also provided numerous training sessions to Chinese customs officers on IP protection.

• Supervised 2 consecutives border seizures of baby strollers in 6 months. This was achieved through ccurate intelligence tracking
