Cindy is a legal consultant based in our Guangzhou office.

She has extensive experience in advising clients on investigation program, administrative enforcement and criminal enforcement.

Cindy has been engaged in IP consultancy work for over 20 years. She has handled hundreds of IP disputes, designed and performed a wide range of IP protection projects for her clients. She has deep expertise in fair survey, fair IP protection, market sweep, administrative enforcement, and criminal enforcement.  

Her recent successful projects include:

• Lead the anti-counterfeiting program for a world leading confectionary brand, which included surveys and a series of administrative enforcement
• Coordinated more than 30 criminal actions on behalf of a leading consumer goods brand
• Managed trade fair survey, C&D letter program, and civil litigation for a US household brand
