Biography
Yen Pham is a Senior Associate in the Trade Marks & Brands Team at Rouse Vietnam and based in our Ho Chi Minh City office.
Yen Pham holds an engineering degree from Hanoi University of Science and Technology and a Bachelor of Laws degree. She is also a qualified IP agent, licensed to represent clients before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam, and a Registered Plant Variety Rights Representative.
With nearly 20 years of experience in intellectual property across Vietnam and other Southeast Asian jurisdictions, Yen is widely trusted by leading multi-national corporations operating in Vietnam. These include, but are not limited to, companies in the technology, entertainment, food & beverage, fashion and wellness, household appliances, and retail sectors. She possesses extensive expertise in both patent and trade mark law, covering contentious and non-contentious matters. Her practice includes representing clients in opposition, cancellation, and appeal proceedings.
Yen is highly regarded for her in-depth knowledge of IP law, strategic advisory capabilities, and strong portfolio management skills, all delivered with a commitment to service excellence.
