Khanh is a Senior Associate based in our Ho Chi Minh office.

Khanh is a qualified lawyer and a registered IP agent before the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. With extensive experience in IP enforcement and management, he also has significant experience in consulting matters related to commercial law, personal data protection, cybersecurity, media, and advertising law. His practice has a special focus on dispute resolution and Khanh has been serving many clients from different industries around the world to protect their IP rights in Vietnam.

Khanh is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe (CIPP/E) and Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM) by International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP).

Khanh co-authors a wide range of legal articles about intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy published. He also frequently speaks at workshops and webinars as a legal expert in these fields.
