Laura is a Technology Specialist who is primarily engaged in the technical and/or substantial stages of Patents and or Designs.

Beginning her IP career in 2014 as an IP Specialist and getting more interested in the field, she has gained extensive experiences in handling the IP prosecution, particularly on Patents and Designs. At Rouse, based on her educational background of Civil Engineering, Laura is now working mostly in the substantive examination matters/technical parts of Patent inventions, for translating, reviewing and editing patent documents and also providing draft responses to Office Actions in the area of Materials & Construction/Civil and Mechanical Engineering. She also handles patent search matters including FTO (Freedom To Operate) and involves in a team for handling other matters such as patent drafting, TPO (Third Party Observations), Design Advices, etc.
