Lukman is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Team at Suryomurcito & Co -a Rouse network firm for all activities reserved for Indonesian lawyers.
With over 9 years of experience in assisting multinationals and domestic companies over a broad range of Intellectual Property matters, Lukman joined Rouse Indonesia in 2021. He handles predominantly dispute resolution, corporate and commercial matters.
Lukman's experience in advising, drafting and reviewing franchise, license, distributorship, brand endorsement agreements further adds to the firm's service strengths. He also brings strong litigation experience in handling various trade mark cancellation cases and complex enforcement actions.
