Moe joined Rouse Myanmar, a member of the Rouse Network, in 2013. He was appointed as a Principal in 2021.

Moe started his legal career as an IP lawyer at The Law Chambers, led by Ms. Tin Ohnmar Tun, former President of ASEAN IPA.

In 2011 he joined Myanmar Brewery Limited, the most famous Company in Myanmar and the Owner of Myanmar Beer Brand. Whilst there he suggested that a new bottle design was registered as a design, and this enabled Myanmar Brewery to succeed in stopping a third party from using a huge amount of the company’s bottles.

Moe lectured at the Law Faculty of the University of Yangon from 2005 to 2010. He is also one of the key lectures in MIPPA (Myanmar Intellectual Property Proprietors’ Association) Academy IP Courses recognized by WIPO.

He is one of the IP practitioners who actively cooperated in the IP laws drafting process and has been cooperating in implementation of IP laws together with the respective government ministries including Ministry of Commerce and bill committees since 2013.

He becomes a Myanmar Councilor of ASEAN Intellectual Property Association in 2016 and an Executive Committee Member of MIPPA in the same year.

His scope of work includes advising clients on trade mark and industrial design prosecution and handling trade mark disputes in Myanmar.
