Biography
Monyrak PHANG is an Associate based in our Phnom Penh office. He has over 8 years' experience in intellectual property and holds an Executive Master's Degree of International Business Law as a dual degree from both the Royal University of Law and Economics and Brussels University.
Monyrak has a wealth of expertise in intellectual property and industrial property, accumulated over a period of eight years. He has successfully guided clients across diverse industries in Cambodia, providing invaluable advice in copyrights, trade mark and patent prosecution, assist in franchising, licensing, enforcement, negotiations and commercialization. He is adept at devising effective strategies to combat counterfeiting, as well as handling trade mark enforcement and prosecution issues. Notably, he is now recognized as a qualified trademark agent in Cambodia.
