Spance is a Patent Paralegal based in Sweden with more than seven years' experience in intellectual property and legal operations, having worked across both private practice and in-house environments. She supports clients with the administration and management of international patent and trade mark portfolios, ensuring matters are handled efficiently and accurately across multiple jurisdictions.
Her experience includes coordinating with legal teams, external counsel, patent offices and clients worldwide to manage portfolio activities and prosecution matters. She is skilled in portfolio management, docketing, legal research, documentation and the administration of patent and trade mark proceedings.
Spance has extensive experience managing complex IP information and maintaining accurate portfolio records, helping clients effectively protect and manage their intellectual property assets. She is also experienced in legal technology and IP management systems, supporting process improvements and the implementation of efficient portfolio management solutions.
Holding an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law, Spance combines technical knowledge with a detail-oriented approach. She is particularly experienced in supporting large international portfolios and navigating complex IP matters across global markets.
