Biography
Yelena joined Rouse in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer.
Yelena leads the Rouse global finance function which supports the business in delivery of strategic objectives, providing thought leadership, effective business planning and enhanced financial reporting.
She joined us from Korn Ferry, a large, pre-eminent HR consultancy where she was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of the EMEA region. Having originally trained at General Electric Corp in the US, Yelena moved up through various GE subsidiaries culminating in a secondment to their UK operation to work on major M&A project. Having decided to settle in the UK, she left GE to take on a Financial Director (and ultimately Managing Director) role at a private equity-backed services business before the move to Korn Ferry.
During her career she has worked in 11 countries and speaks 2 languages.
