We are pleased to announce that Paul Muscat has been promoted to Principal at Rouse.
Paul is a qualified patent attorney and has been with Rouse since 2015. He is the regional lead for Rouse’s patent service for the Middle East and Africa and specialises in the mechanical and medical related fields. A South African by birth, he developed his career in South Africa’s largest IP firm before moving to the United Arab Emirates and his role at Rouse.
