Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect information and evidence about individuals/legal entities and their activities through online channels or directly in the market related to acts of intellectual property infringement (e.g., counterfeit product, pirate data, etc.);
• Extract information from other relevant parties to gather additional evidence related to the infringement.
• Proactively monitor the activities of production facilities/business households under suspicion or that have been processed to propose necessary legal actions for each case.
• Report on the status and results of each case to the Line Manager, execute and complete tasks within the assigned authority.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line manager or BOD.

Requirements

• Graduated from college/university or higher.
• Proficient in office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• Experience in legal or investigative fields is an advantage.
• Proficient in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English is an advantage.
• Have a sense of discipline, comply well with the laws and regulations of the Firm.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible for assigned tasks.
• Ability to go for business trip (if required).
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team as well as independently.
• Have a spirit of inquiry, self-study to improve personal qualifications.
