Responsibilities and Duties
We are seeking a skilled engineer with expertise in green technology and climate change mitigation solutions. As a member of the team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and ensuring the smooth execution of various business development initiatives both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate proficiency in various technical areas including renewable energy, energy storage, energy efficiency, sustainable transportation (such as electric vehicles and biofuels), green building, waste management, and water conservation and management.
- Conduct research and gather relevant information to support the team in their client interactions and client engagement.
- Assist in identifying potential clients and business opportunities as well as assist in the preparation of materials for client meetings, pitches, etc.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
- A skilled engineer with expertise in green technology and climate change mitigation solutions, possessing a minimum of 5 years of research and development experience within a corporate setting or professional services environment.
- Strong communication abilities and fluency in English, coupled with a dynamic and assertive demeanour.
- Eager to tackle new challenges and keen to join a global patent firm, seeking exposure to cutting-edge technologies and strategies for intellectual property protection. Familiarity with intellectual property (IP) law is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fast-learning, can-do attitude, self- enthusiasm and be able to work under pressure.
