Intelligent Energy is engaged in development and manufacturing of its Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) hydrogen fuel cell products for customers in the automotive, aerospace, generator, telecoms, materials handling and unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) sectors.
Rouse is supporting Intelligent Energy in sourcing partners and negotiating licensing transactions in China. Rouse has represented Intelligent Energy in approaching numerous potential targets, some of which were originally identified by the company and some new leads brought by Rouse. Rouse has supported the closing of an MOU with an OEM and hydrogen fuel supplier.
