Bad Faith Trade Marks & Online Copyright Enforcement Issues

Surveys exploring IP protection and enforcement barriers and challenges facing brand and copyright owners in China.

With support from the IPO UK,  Rouse and the China-Britain Business Council (CBBC) are currently exploring some of the IP protection and enforcement barriers and challenges facing brand and copyright owners in China.

在英国知识产权局的支持之下,罗思(上海)咨询有限公司和英中贸易协会(CBBC)目前正在开展商标及版权所有者在中国所面临的知识产权保护和维权障碍等相关问题的研究活动。

In order to address and better understand how bad-faith trade mark and online copyright enforcement issues impact rights owners we have created two questionnaires (in Chinese and English) in order to give stakeholders the chance to provide insights, experience and suggestions they may have with regard to these initiatives. 

为了更好了解商标恶意注册和线上版权维权问题对权利人的影响,我们设计了两份中英双语版问卷,以便让利益相关者提供相关见解、经验和建议。

Both questionnaires will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete and will form a crucial part of our work, highlighting the most topical issues and concerns for many rights owners.
