Biography
Anushka is a Consultant at Rouse supporting our ASEAN practice.
Her core specialisation includes working on Government IP Projects, providing local IP expertise in ASEAN combined with project management capabilities. Anushka also advises on IP enforcement matters. Her practice areas are online/offline enforcement programmes, anti-piracy, intelligence and evidence gathering work throughout South East Asia.
She has worked closely with a range of businesses including multinationals, in industries ranging from luxury goods, apparel, FMCGs, and electronics.
Anushka is an Indian qualified lawyer with almost 10 years of experience. She started her career as a judicial research assistant at the Supreme Court of India and the National Green Tribunal of India. After moving into the corporate space as an in-house counsel with ICICI Lombard and Bharti Infratel Ltd., she expanded her expertise to drafting and negotiating contracts and also managing complex litigation matters.
